Pastor Kenny Miller was ordained by Church on the Rock in 2006.
Though he has been a 'preacher' for much longer than that.

He and his lovely wife Traci have been involved with Cowboy COTR from the
beginning and though they were reluctant to take the positions of Senior Pastors,
God obviously approved and the church has grown under their leadership.

Pastor Kenny is a home grown boy with a love for God and a voice to match.
